Ingredients

  • 2 cups + 2 tbsp entire wheat pastry flour
  • 2-Three tbsp sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • half of cup milk (or eggnog!)
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 egg
  • half of teaspoon vanilla

Eggnog Glaze

  • 2 tablespoons eggnog
  • 1 cup powdered confectioner’s sugar
  • Pinch of nutmeg

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Sprinkle the parchment paper with a little bit of flour and put aside.
