Cinco de Mayo Ranch Mini Tostadas

We’ve all been doing our fair proportion of snacking across the residence currently, so we predict it’s time to combine it up and rejoice Cinco de Mayo in model — with our Ranch Mini Tostadas. The savory bite-sized bits are the proper finger meals to set out and luxuriate in all through the afternoon. They’re tremendous easy to make, plus you get to snack on our Ranch Tortilla Style Protein chips — a win unto itself.

Ingredients

QUEST RANCH MINI TOSTADAS

  • 1 boneless hen breast, seasoned and cooked
  • 1/four cup refried beans, warmed
  • 1 Bag Quest Ranch Tortilla Style Protein Chips
  • 1 massive roma tomato, diced
  • three tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
  • three tbsp bitter cream
  • 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped

Method

  1. Take your absolutely cooked, seasoned hen (to your liking, we choose conventional seasonings: onion, cilantro, cumin, garlic and chipotle powder/jalapeno seasoning) and chop it into small items or shred it.
  2. Carefully take away the chips from the bag and place them on a serving tray.
  3. Top every chip with about 1 teaspoon of refried beans, pinch of hen, pinch of tomatoes, pinch of cheese and a dollop of bitter cream.
  4. Finish off with a sprinkle of cilantro.
  5. Enjoy!
