This was my first week of work-from-home and it’s undoubtedly been an adjustment. When I’m at work-work I are inclined to skip lunch 1-2 days every week as a result of I’m busy or simply not that hungry however house apparently my urge for food works simply superb! Thankfully we had some actually good snacks readily available! Here have been the highlights…

Also I used to be thrilled to have some recent fruit readily available and made a big, thrilling yogurt bowl every single day. Trader Joe’s guava ardour fruit Greek yogurt with recent mango and blackberries and honey maple granola.
Coffee skyr with granola, blueberries, and coconut chips.
Plan Greek yogurt with cinnamon, maple syrup, granola, coconut chips, blueberries, blackberries, and TJ’s flax and chia seed peanut butter.
And we made some actually good dinners. Green curry turkey hen salad with roasted inexperienced beans.
Sheet-pan fried cauliflower rice. Very just like this recipe however with cauliflower rice and smoked turkey breast. It was great!
