Ingredients

  • 1 bag Tuscan kale
  • 1/four cup pesto
  • half lemon juice and zest
  • half tbsp olive oil
  • 2 pinches salt
  • half cup chopped hen
  • 1 tbsp crumbled blue cheese (like Bleu d’Auvergne)
  • 1 tbsp recent dill
  • 1 tbsp shredded parmesan
