We know, we all know, it’s Labor Day — it’s presupposed to be about gross sales and yard barbecuing, saying goodbye to summer time and being grateful for Labor pioneers.   • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 egg, giant
  • 1 pint vanilla low-cal ice cream (your alternative of brand name)
  • half of cup blended berries
